We hosted the 2nd Annual All-Africa STEM awareness conference from 15 to 16 September 2022 in Gaborone, Botswana. The objectives of this event included:• Equipping tomorrow’s workforce with the necessary tools to effectively become champions of economic development through STEM. • Expanding the image of STEM as a positive force in economic development. • Provide premium professional and personal development opportunities which are of high quality, offer value for money and time, and are interesting to everyone involved in STEM. • Recognize and promote the contribution and achievements of STEM in areas of economic development. • Analyse and emulate internationally proven and practical methods, models and trends in the breakthroughs of STEM in the economic development arena. • Networking and building long term strategic relationships with fellow STEM pioneers. Our 2021 was eventful and we got to interact with more and more STEM enthusiasts. One of our biggest highlights was the All Africa STEM Awareness Conference where the Minister of Science and Technology officially launched our foundation. We had great partners coming on board and we met great innovators. The Zambian National STEM Foundation (ZNSF) also partnered with The National Science Centre in hosting the 2021 National JETS (Junior Engineers Technicians Scientists) Fair.

The year of 2019 was a year of connecting and collaborating. We met with Dr Nagisa Nagawa, Assistant Professor Mathematics Education and International Cooperation, Liberal Arts and Core Curriculum, College of Architectural and Environment Design, Kanto Gakuin University Japan.
